Sleepy Hollow Elementary School Student Withdrawal Procedures
- Contact Ana Maria Menendez, school Student Information Assistant, at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your student’s withdrawal as soon as possible.
- Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.
- Return school property (laptop, MiFi, instruments, books, etc.).
- Return the completed withdrawal form to Ana Maria Menendez, school Student Information Assistant, before leaving campus on your last day.
- Student Withdrawal Form (available online or in the Sleepy Hollow Elementary School main office).
- Please submit this form to Ana Maria Menendez, school Student Information Assistant, at email@example.com.
- A records request from the new school needs to be submitted to Sleepy Hollow Elementary School.
Refunding a Student's Meal Account
- To request a refund for a student's meal account, please follow the procedures on the FCPS lunch account prepayments and refunds page.
