Name: Sharon Ehrlich

Experience: She has been with FCPS and at Sleepy Hollow ES since 2000. She began as an Instructional Assistant and went on to earn my license and became a General Education teacher teaching 2nd and 4th grade for many years. She has returned to working as an Instructional Assistant with Special Education students.

About Mrs. Ehrlich: In her free time she loves spending time bonding with my family. She recently adopted a one year old Border Collie/Spaniel mix from a high kill shelter. She came to Mrs. Ehrlich afraid of everything. Ehrlich is enjoying bonding, cuddling, and playing with her and teaching her the world is not a scary place. Sharon also loves to dance, and shop whenever possible.

What she likes the most about working with our students: She loves working with all of our population so it’s hard to pick just one thing she likes most, but she loves to see a student’s face light up when they finally “get it”. Seeing their progress and watching them build confidence in themselves and their abilities is very rewarding.
