Experience: This is her 12th year of teaching for FCPS. Prior to FCPS, she taught preschool for 4 years.
About Mrs. Cay: Her hobbies are home projects, reading, and walking. She has two children who recently moved out of the house – a daughter who is in her Freshman year at Virginia Tech, and a 24 year old son who lives in Denver, CO.
What she likes the most about working with our students: "What I like most about working with our students is developing a relationship with them and learning with them throughout the year. I love hearing their perspective on things and I like the challenge of finding better ways to teach and engage students. I find watching children learn fascinating."
