Welcome, Mirnaly Vega, the new principal of Sleepy Hollow Elementary School!

We had a lot of !reasons to celebrate and honor others during the month of April.

Students and staff celebrated Spirit Week. People wore their favorite colors, dressed up for Tacky Tuesday and ended the week by dressing as a favorite book character!

We are back in school! Teachers and staff love having students back in the building!

Sleepy Hollow students created posters to thank their teachers for all they do. During distance learning it is difficult for the teachers because they miss their students. This heps the teachers feel very appreciated.

Students have been coding during their STEAM classes. They participated in the "Hour of Code" during the month of December. Programming Ozobots has also been a fun learning opportunity for students.

The first day of school was terrific! Members of the Fairfax County Police Department welcomed our students back.
